no it doesn't cause the hair to thin...all you need is some antifungal cream or yeast infection medicine...don't touch the bumps or squeeze them..wash your hair with hot water and use nizoral shampoo and conditioner once a week to prevent from getting this condition

only a head and shoulder type deal..keep your hair as short as you can stand it some creams work well like a hydrocortizone 2 percent....but your going to have to figure a way of diluting it so to work into your scalp...dont rinse it off. and another one..
