I'm sixteen. I'm a girl. I need help.
I have always had very thick hair, which is wavy with loose curls. It is frizzy, puffy, and has never been manageable. I've tried many, many different shampoos and conditioners and hair serums. I've tried vitamins...moisturizers... All that stuff. Blow drying my hair only makes it worse. I thought I was doing it wrong, but my hair dresser agrees. She can get it less frizzy, but it's still puffy and takes about two to three hours of work, which I can't do on a daily basis. Straighteners are a joke. I've tried three different types.
I had my hair thinned once, and for about a week it was great. When it started to grow back in it was a disaster.
Any ideas to help me control this?
I really need to get my hair under control... I can't leave my hair down, as it frizzes up and poofs out within minutes. And having it pulled back just isn't healthy for it. And because of how thick it is, and the odd texture, I can't even style it.

Every night before you go to bed put a handful size of avocado oil in your hair then place over it a shower cap. Then twice a week, separate an egg from the yolk, (use two) beat the egg whites with a electric beater and place in hair, leave for an hour than wash out. Continue with your hair serums during the day.

ok i almost hav the same problem as you,so her it goes..try going to the salon and get you hair straiten, then buy a special shapoo in the salon, my fav is 'matrix' but choose the orange bottle.the bottle is expensive but jux buy a pair
after going to the salon, keep preventing frizz by combing your hair many times and use the shampoo but if you ran out of that shampoo try another kind if you cant afford another then add olive oil to it to mak it smooth
hope this works!
