shaving doesnt make them go away either, my legs can be really smooth but u can still see hair. and i think waxing will be to painful help =(
does anyone know of a cream that makes hair thinner?
I have black dots on my legs all the time, its just the hair under my skin and nair/veet only burns my skin?
You have ingrown hairs. You need to exfoliate your legs when you shave.
Go to the drugstore and buy an exfoliator and a loofah and exfoliate your legs before you shave them. If you are consistent in your exfoliating you should see a major improvement within a few weeks.

The only cream that I know of that makes the hair on your body thinner is Vaniqua. Although it is expensive, it works, but takes 6months or more to see the results:( There is a creame that is used for men called Bump Stopper. It works really good at getting clog hair pores or blocked hair follicals to open up. It is inexpensive and works in about a week. For now I would just get a exfoliator mit and soak my legs and scrub them then add the Bump Stopper on it until the pores open . If all else fails get lazer on both your legs and be done with the ingrown hairs and shaving. I did!

I am guessing that you have very fair skin, and that it's the hair follicles showing through.
I never had this particular problem, as I'm dark-skinned for a Caucasian. But my daughter is paper-white and had the same issues as you with her legs, and this is what I suggested to her.
Begin using the Jergen's body lotion that has a self-tanner in it that slowly builds up as you use it. It will darken your skin just a touch with regular use---three or four times a week, and those dark follicles won't be nearly so obvious. It worked for her, anyways....try it! :)
