Help! my hair sucks..?

when i went to my regular hairdresser to thin my hair...she thin my hair using something like scissors(i think), and when she's done...i went back..unfortunately, i failed to realise that she thin the middle part of my head..i ended up looking as though i have spiky hair..now that hair growing, it stands up straight..i tried soo many ways to flatten them (oil, spray, moose) but the hair wont stick to my head..these baby hairs stand up straight, really straight, im embarassed to go out..HELP ME!!

I had this same problem. When they use the thinning scissors this is what happens. If they thin your hair from underneath it won't be so bad, but yes, you will get those fly away frizzy hairs as it grows out. The only thing I can think of is to use the types of products you've talked about to help make it less frizzy and static. Try some of the Pantene or Neutrogena hair products and as it gets a little longer, you can try flat ironing to stop it from standing up straight (just make sure to use a good heat protectant first or the fly aways will get worse)..

This is why I stopped getting my hair thinned and now just get longer layers..

Have you tryed hair wax? That's good for keeping stray hairs down. Otherwise, you could try a quiff (where you clip your fringe on the top of you head) to cover it up until it grows out.

get a hair cut

Wear cute hats....headbands...anything that will cover them up/distract people to look at your face and not the baby hairs! Good luck :)

Oil, probably won't help too much and moose tends not to last for too long either. Try hair jam or garnier fructis hair wax or a lot of gel %26amp; hair spray. These are only about $4 or $5 at drugstores.
