get layers that look good with your face shape ( your hair dresser will know what your talkin bout) and ask them to thin it with thinning sheers..this sounds scary but trust me..all they are, are sissors with slitts in them that help remove some hair causing it to be thick. you cant even tell when your done except for the fact your hair is thinner. Tons of ppl do this including me and it helps soo much!!! Also try using a flat iron and gel. this helps flatten it out for a smoother look.
