i cut mine short, added layers and dyed it brown , and straightened it.

maybe a bit wavey...try to add some volume..maybe go into a hairdressing salon and ask them for advice, they probably won't charge you anything for it...or you could go in and ask them to show you how to do it and what products to use, will probly b charged for it, but then at least you have a professional opinion and with the right products and some practice ul b able to do it yourself in no time! gd luck :)
