Which type of braiding weave is best for thin hair when getting a sew-in and why?

I would go with prebonded hair rather than sewn in. You said you have thin hair and the weight can actually make your hair fall out. I have very thick strong hair and had it done. 2 days later my hair was falling out by the handfuls. Prebonded glues to ur hair but doesn't damage it if done right. Plus it last 3-6 months
