My hair is really thin in the middle of my head and im only 16. I mean you can actually see through my hair and see my scalp. And no no one in my family is bald or loses hair in the middle of there head. Does anyone know why this is happening.

my eighteen year old brother has this (although the men in my family all have pre-mature balding) but he also caused it by pulling at his hair. you may have just pulled up a gene for balding that had been hiding in your gene pool for a while. or maybe it's the shampoo you use. or maybe... there could be several causes
