i used to have loveley thick hair, im 19 and now my hair seems to be going really thin, i use straightners often and use heat protection mist but i want to know of any product or tips to make my hair get thicker and back to its original condition!

I too use a flat iron all the time and had thick lusterous hair, but because I was on Topomax for migraines, I lost a lot of hair and it is still coming out.

My stylist gave me the most awesome product that I couldnt live with out. It is called, It's a 10 and it does do all those amazing things it says it will. I noticed it the first time I used it. hair products shampoos etc only make the hair look thicker, and will not solve your problem in the long term.

The problem may be deeper than just using the right conditioner. How's your diet? Is there a zinc deficiency?

my hairs the same, im 20 now and from the age of 15 i have been dying,perming and straightning, i use a great hair treatment product for damaged hair its called natural classic henna treatment wax, it does not dye hair n its a cheap soloution 4 great hair you put it on dry hair leave for an hour then wash it off with warm water , as for the straightning i suggest you should ditch them 4 a few week i also find hair looks much thicker when its shorter so having your ends cut regular and drinking a lot of water will help aswell

It might be genetic. I used to have great hair but now the older I get the thinner it is. My sister actually has to wear a wig because of her thinning. My suggestion is as soon as possible get rogaine for women and use it religiously. It does help if not regrow your hair and make the follicle thicker it will stop any additional loss.
